The adventure began at the lovely chapel of la Quinta AvenidaCapilla de Nuestra Señora del Carmen just in the hearth of Playa del Carmen , where is just a few miles away from the resort, the perfect place for the religious ceremony.

When we get back to the resort we were surprised for the great welcoming for the newly weds and their guest, cocktail time for everyone! All the decoration and floral design from Lomas Travel was tropical, fresh and colorful.

Giselle Photography: exceptional wedding photojournalism

Having the opportunity to capture moments and make them last forever is a true dream that comes true in every wedding. As a photographer I am extremely grateful for the city I live in and the people I get the chance to work with

This time, I am proud to share with you that the Wedding Photojournalist Association recognized me with the official Master Piece Award. The photo is a scene I really liked and I have submitted it is as one of my top photos to win this contest.

Wedding reportage photographers from all around the world sent their best images to this contest organized by the Wedding Photojournalist Association and our work was scrutinized by extremely respected working photojournalists and picture editors in the media. That is why winning this competition means a lot to me, thus I can be seen as a documentary wedding photographer as well.

I couldn´t be happier. The Wedding Photojournalist Association is one of the best worldwide Wedding Associations in the globe!

I want to thank Lore & Juan Pablo. They always trust in me and my work; we had a wonderful time together on their wedding day, as well as on their trash the dress session. I also want to thank Ale, from Scarlett Wedding & Event Design, she did such an amazing work. She always recommends my work I am truly grateful for this! Last but not least, thanks a million to my team, my coworkers and friends, Luke Fotoliv and Perla Lavin Photography: your hard work, great photos and lots of fun, mean a ton to me!

Here is the winning picture:
